Once your Unifire™ is ablaze and the fire is just right, evenly distribute the hot coals beneath the edges of the cooking plate. Depending on the weather and outdoor temperature, the multi-zone cooking plate will heat up to about 572°F (300°C) near the inner edge, and around 392°F (200°C) towards the outer edge.
You have the flexibility to maneuver the hot coals across the plate, creating zones with varying temperatures. This feature is perfect for managing different cooking needs simultaneously – use one side for keeping dishes warm while searing or grilling on the other.
