12 gambas, deveined

12 (mini) scallops

5 tablespoons ketchup

1 1/2 tablespoons horseradish

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

Juice and grated zest of 1/2 lime

Directions
Make the Dip: In a small bowl, combine the ketchup, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, lime juice, and lime zest. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well blended. Set aside to allow the flavors to meld together.
Prepare the Seafood:
Gambas: Slice them open along the back to remove the vein, then sprinkle them generously with salt.
Mini Scallops: Ensure they are cleaned and patted dry, then season lightly with salt.
Time to Grill: Preheat your Unifire™ Grill to a medium-high heat to prepare for grilling. Lightly oil the grill surface to prevent sticking. Place the seasoned gambas and mini scallops directly on the grill plate. Grill the gambas for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they are pink and slightly crispy. Grill the mini scallops for about 1-2 minutes on each side until they are golden and opaque.
Serve: Arrange the grilled gambas and mini scallops on a cedar board or a suitable serving platter. Serve immediately alongside the spicy dip, allowing guests to dip or drizzle as they prefer.
